Ancient Coins and the Book of Revelation

I have more than a passing interest in ancient coinage and also the biblical text. I have been thinking about how Roman coinage might shed light on one particular image in Revelation. Although the issue I am thinking of was not raised in this lecture, I found it interesting nonetheless.

Psalm 92

Here is what I have for Psalm 92 (in no particular order). Feel free to mention any that you find helpful in the comments section.

Judaism, Jonah, and the Assyrians

Steven Bob has an interesting post here exploring  how rabbinic tradition addresses the question of why Jonah was sent to the Assyrians.
