Pastor or Professor?

David Murray lists 21 reasons to choose the pastorate over professorship here. There are some very good points made here but I am not sure that professors have to lose as much as is suggested. That being said, these thoughts are worth pondering.

Also, lest one think that David is against the teaching ministry, he identifies 10 benefits of being a professor here.
