Paul Henebury has a pretty good list of recommended Acts commentaries here. I would add David Garland's work in the Teach the Text series and C. K. Barrett's dense, technical, but often insightful contribution to the International Critical Commentary series.

The Difference between Systematic Theology and Biblical Theology

Jon Nielson has some helpful thoughts here on the difference between systematic theology and biblical theology. But keep in mind that the definition of biblical theology and hw to do it varies quite a bit.
