Al Mohler has a thought-provoking article of the place of the local church in training future pastors. While Bible colleges and seminaries are vital institutions in training pastors, the local church bears a equal, and probably greater, responsibility in pastoral training. Thank you for sharing the article. I love Al Mohler's works, and this is a subject I have been pondering a lot recently, so I was glad to read what Mr. Mohler has to say.
