See this post for Scot McKnight's recommendations concerning commentaries on 1 Corinthians. There are some notable ommissions here including works by Garland, Hays, Thiselton. In any case, McKnight lists:

Don't miss Richard Hays' Interpretation commentary on 1st Corinthians.
Also, I think Talbert's Reading Corinthians is good as well.
Conzelmann does the Hermeneia series. Although it may be a little too much for some readers.
