Skubala in Philippians 3:8

Gary Manning has a great post here on the use of σκύβαλα (skubala) in Philippians 3:8 in light of the use of the term in Greek literature. If Manning is right then preachers and teachers might have to find other ways to play their naughty school boy cards.
