Rob Jenkins asks and attempts to answer the question, "Why Are Some Academics So Unprofessional?" here. As one who has spent a fair amount of time in the academic world, I think that the author's negative experiences are more common than they should be. The same could be said for many pastors and ministry leaders as well. In any case, Jenkins offers some solutions that are worth considering.
